Workshops: Mindset for Life

Transiting into the life of a young adult is exciting, and can be overwhelming with many new possibilities!  In this workshop, you will engage in conversations with your peers, facilitated by Trainers and senior students, to uncover how our mindsets affect the way we feel, behave, and make our choices.  Come on a journey of self-discovery, and find out about the communities you can join to build a support network for your growth and first year success!

(Upon successful completion of the workshop, HLTH1010 Course participants will attain 1.5 course hours in the "Wellness and Personal Enrichment" of the "Activities" module. Advanced registration is required.)
